      I take care of a cat in my backyard, and she had 3 babies and I bought them here to get checked out and any shots needed. The staff was very nice, the Doctor I think his name was Dr. Manzoor was very polite and answered all of my questions. The prices were reasonable being as though I had three little ones.       Its hard to understand why so many people are defining the whole hospitals service based on one persons action caused by a misunderstanding. Both sides were in the wrong and only one side seems to be apologizing. It does not mean the doctor and veterinarian technicians' treatment towards the clients were insufficient .They are kind, caring, and knowledgeable animal lovers, who want whats best for every clients' beloved pet. The hospital staff has been more than amazing to me.
      ps. If you are so keen to ruin a hospitals reputation, please remember you are affecting many others' jobs. And if you are telling others to be friendly and kind, you and your friends should know you are not being just that toward the hospital.
